Absolutely insane logic here. Because EVs will be cheaper to charge at home, they will somehow be less appealing to people who CAN'T charge at home? Does the @DailyMail understand how human beings make decisions?

Not huge BUT this is another incentive towards switching gas for heat pumps. I think this will also help a lot of people really struggling in flats with direct electric heating. Often low income, often faced with massive bills. This will mean more than the £45 average reduction

The new government is taking immediate action to give people some breathing space on the cost of living. From 1 October, VAT will be removed from domestic electricity bills - helping households with energy costs this winter and funded within existing budgets.

Well colour me shocked for this actually has been a really good episode, ten times better than The Neighbourhood or Genius Game anyway. Straight forward but interesting format, a clear play on The Traitors but who cares at this point, it’s actually entertaining! #NobodysFool
