I’m shocked and saddened to hear this. There is a lot to say about the quality of these people and the work they produce.
Today The Washington Post decided to lay off five members of the Launcher team and sunset the site. I’m heartbroken to lose @LeaderGrev, @JhaanElker, @pithyalyse, @Shannon_Liao and @Vahn16 to The Post's layoffs. 🧵
I never met @Vahn16 but fortunately through dozens of episodes streaming WaPoStoMode I had a front row seat to his humor, knowledge, and wonderfully fluffy cat. That Joe Biden story was legendary too. And also the whole thing about making streaming better.
