Challenging Cases:
84yo WM w/AS, did TAVR. Used single Proglide in LCFA. Proglide got stuck and foot plate mechanism would not disengage from Ca+. We deconstructed and safely removed from the arteriotomy. Fantastic tips & tricks, big credit to Dr Amy Daliman @TAVRBot
