Today we are holding our first @TLC_Charity CYP workshop day. Starting with a quiz and sharing our experiences and strengths. Incredible to hear the wealth of skills and knowledge we have in the room
Wonderful event tonight @cahn_uk great to listen to @DeputyMayorofGM vision for tackling DA in GM. Very moving listening to the brave stories of victim/survivors. Very proud of our very own YP sharing her story and her experience of working with @TLC_Charity

🔦Child/ Adolescent to Parent Violence and Abuse (CAPVA) is a form of hidden harm. Many families experience shame and fear of criminalisation so CAPVA is under reported.
🤝We are working to understand how we can work together to improve the understanding and response to CAPVA.
Our first #quiteday @TLC_Charity I took the opportunity to have a break from my desk and get out into the fresh air. I am so grateful to be part of an organisation who encourages and recognises that sometimes we need take time out 🧘♀️
