I alluded to big things happening this week, and it is time to tell you what.
@AlchemixFi is launching on @base later this week.
I'm particularly excited about this deployment, which I have detailed why in the article posted in the 2nd tweet of this 🧵

The Reindustrialization meta in a few years. "Most damningly, Kao told FBI agents and prosecutors, the company’s work for the government was of no real value. Navatek’s research under his stewardship never resulted in products the military wanted to buy, ProPublica found."

you’ve been watching as the worst people in the world create a turn key 🔑 digital prison around you, spying on your every move, running your life through computers & hypnotic propaganda that turns mother against child, brother against brother. When are you going to do something?

There's a disconnect because nearly all of what you mention has gotten worse over the last 10-20 years. Search engines and email that no longer search. Social media sites that have seemingly lost all functionality. Apps that are slower, buggier, and have a worse UX.

Data centers are tremendously useful in hundreds of very obvious ways. Do you like online banking? Doordash? Email? WhatsApp? YouTube? Checking medical records online? Video calls with grandma? Congrats, you're a data center user.

City planners and elected officials love public meetings and they will hold 20 of them for a little bike lane but there will be 0 public notice when they let a private company install hundreds of surveillance cameras throughout your neighborhood.
I accept robots as gifts.
We are working hard on building our open humanoid to be as developer-friendly as possible and an excellent platform for researchers.
I’ve decided to open just 10 slots for pre-orders. You will be first in line to get one of our robots and I will be in touch with you personally throughout the development process. I want your feedback in the design and want to know what features and capabilities matter the most to you.
I remember when @mwseibel came to MIT and I asked him about the best way to sell a product to a vast number of customers. His answer was that actually you just need 10 people to absolutely LOVE your product first. Once you have that, growth will come easily.
So in that same spirit I want to open pre-orders for just 10 early customers who want to be a part of this process. Please DM me and I will send you a payment link for $2500 as a fully refundable down payment for the robot. Happy to answer any questions you have before ordering by DM or video call.
Excited to hear from you all :)
American reindustralization, the graft of the military industrial complex, no bid deals, and a hollow promise of AI, this article has it all...
We all deserve more than neoliberalism slop. But they were rewarded with more nobid contracts. So it continues.

BREAKING: Tether purchased +14 tonnes of gold in Q2 2026, bringing total holdings to a record 146 tonnes, now worth ~$18.8 billion.
This follows gold purchases of +53 tonnes between Q3 2025 and Q1 2026.
Tether’s gold holdings have more than doubled since Q1 2025, while their value has nearly tripled over the same period.
This makes the company the largest known private holder of gold outside of central banks and governments.
In the first half of 2026, only 4 central banks bought more gold than Tether: Poland, Uzbekistan, China, and Kazakhstan.
Tether is now competing with central banks for gold after the correction.
Nothing makes me pro right to repair then having my car throttle its battery until I take it to a dealership for a software update.
I think this company is pretty cool.
Big news!
We are excited to announce our $310 million Series B financing, led by Khosla Ventures, with continued support from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and new participation from Greenoaks, Halo Fund, Pax Ventures, StepStone Group, BHP Ventures, Washington Harbour Partners, Greycroft, General Innovation Capital Partners, Mitsubishi Corporation, In-Q-Tel (IQT), and Earthshot Ventures.
Demand for critical minerals continues to accelerate across every major industry, and building a vertically-integrated company focused on end-to-end autonomy, speed to market, and lowering costs is the only answer to meet the challenge. Our Series B is another crucial step in building the mining company of the future, today – and we’re not waiting to get started.

There is just no reason to do make another startup doing the same shit as everyone else to get rich or to be famous or whatever
It means nothing
The only thing that matters is humanity and making sure we make it through the transition
And we will if we try
But the things we make have to be gifts to others, not just extraction for ourselves
