The disparity between the current #mka mcap against the TAM just became even more preposterous. At this level they are a sitting duck.
HyProMag USA pre-feasibility study outlines future options to quadruple capacity, indicating incremental NPV of US$1.85 - 2.06 billion. This is in addition to US$723m for the first Texas plant - commissioning expected in mid-2028, with initial magnet finishing in 2027

Very depressing. How low can this country sink. They died for this moron. Get a grip #Wetherspoons.
VETERANS wearing a Poppy are BANNED from from Wetherspoons
WOW. Manager of Gosport Wetherspoons states it’s ‘Company policy’ to not allow anyone in with a Remembrance Poppy on as it ‘could be political’
I can’t believe what I just heard from our nations biggest pub chain.
Veterans wearing a poppy are banned from Wetherspoons.
An #SNDA top up at 1.4947p for me this morning on the back of their very strong new presentation.

The macro for #REE magnets on full display.
"The Pentagon buys 15% of #MP, and they tell Jim, we now need a building 10x bigger, and we need it immediately, magnets for the Pentagon."
MP Materials sits on what Ross Perot Jr. calls "the Saudi Arabia of rare earth" in California. Jim Litinsky bought the company out of bankruptcy and wanted to start making magnets too.
Ross brought him to Alliance in Fort Worth, and at the groundbreaking for the first magnet facility, Jim told him:
"Ross, I can't believe it. It took me three weeks to get the air quality permit in Fort Worth. It had taken me over two years in California."
Then the Pentagon bought 15% of MP Materials and asked Jim for a magnet plant 10 times bigger, right away.
"So now we're building a $1.2 billion building for Jim."

It's only when you see the shorting stats across many US rare earth sector stocks that the pricing disconnect makes sense.
The Great Rare Earth Disconnect: Prices Up 23%, Miners Down 28% zerohedge.com/commodities/gr…

MP Materials short position showing 36.62m shares representing 25.37% of the float, and USAR 45.17m shares totalling 16.15%. No wonder the sector's up against it.
🇺🇸US needed about 48,000 tonnes of rare earth magnets last year.
It made 300.
China makes about 94% of the world’s sintered magnets.
Now look inside a data centre.
The chips run on gallium, germanium, arsenic and indium.
The US imports all of each.
Rare earths for the hard drives: 80% imported.
Platinum: 85%.
Tin: 73%.
2 dates make this urgent:
On 1 January 2027, the Pentagon bans magnets with any Chinese, Russian, Iranian or North Korean step in the supply chain, from mine to finished magnet.
On 10 January, the US-China truce that paused Beijing’s toughest rare earth rules runs out.
China’s April 2025 controls never went away.
Dysprosium and terbium prices outside China have risen 4-5 times since then.
Money can’t close this gap fast.
US magnet capacity is on track for about 5,000 tonnes by the end of this year, barely 10% of demand.
Data centres, missiles and EV motors all draw on the same short supply.
Which comes first a new truce, or a real US supply chain?
Great news from #SNDA. Had 2 x nibbles this morning on the strength of it

Diversified rare-earth magnet supply outside China would cover just 15% of global demand, according to GEM Mining Consulting.
Projected 2035 supply covers 107% of rare-earth magnet requirements and 96% of battery-grade graphite demand. Yet GEM scores their supply-chain fragility at 94.8 and 89.1 out of 100, respectively, with processing capacity heavily concentrated in China.
GEM says the aggregate supply balance masks high concentration in separation, purification, magnet production and anode manufacturing.

Just upped my holding in #MKA. The NASDAQ listing documentation RNS must be close now.
I'm sorry chaps but this notion that #avct have to treat their shareholders like mushrooms for over 2 years is a load of guff, and it doesn't necessarily have to be this way.
One of the key moments in the Prometheus success story was a quote from their CEO on getting a $10m milestone payment for a deal with Dr Falk Pharma.
"We got the deal done. We raised $20m in capital. It proved to investors that a first time CEO could go out and execute. You clean up the business. You restructure it, you raised some additional capital through partnerships. Ok we'll take a bet on you. Twelve months later we raised £130m."
-Mark McKenna. CEO of Prometheus-
So far over two and a half years Avacta commercially has provided their shareholders with SFA despite lots of teasing.
Avacta's trouble stems from regurgitating the same line for well over two years.
"We continue our discussions with potential partners".
With zero commercial delivery (so far), #avct's market credibility just seeps away until they prove they can execute. Let's hope that occurs this quarter.
An accurate assessment of how most 'outside' shareholders see their current #AVCT investment.

Cap-XX has nowhere near the balance sheet leverage to roll out global distribution of their new novel supercapacitor IP, and never will have. The best outcome is for a TO by a large industrial player who can scale production/distribution.
The #CPX tech would fit perfectly as a division of an electronics company such as Schurter or Würth Elektronik who have the capacity to fully exploit the IP.
Cap-XX directors need to make it happen.
