Our results from another round of Gratitude Growth are in.
Here are our results from 150 students:
♦️56.1% of students increased daily happiness.
♦️84.7% of students increased awareness of emotions.
♦️34.9% of students had a decrease in anxiety and stress.
♦️66.1% of students increased their ability to bounce back from adversity.
♦️56.2% of students increased satisfaction in relationships.
♦️31.6% of students improved their sleep.
♦️81.4% of students practiced gratitude throughout the course.
These numbers are undeniable and we are on mission to help as many kids as possible.
