94% of game studios surveyed are using AI in at least one stage of production, according to a new report from games industry consultancy Vivrato.
However, 52% rated how deeply AI is integrated into their development pipelines at three out of ten or lower, highlighting a gap between adoption and day-to-day implementation.
The findings are based on interviews with 101 senior studio leaders across the games industry.

Istanbul-based developer Flow Games has confirmed $49 million in total funding, with Tencent, Makers Fund, Arcadia Gaming Partners and Ludus Ventures among its investors.
The studio plans to expand its team, develop new mobile games and build on the success of Smash Fest, which has surpassed 23 million downloads worldwide since launching in May 2026.
