What I also love is when I tell people in NY that I'm from New Orleans, it's as if I'm telling them I'm from Narnia, there's this mystical reaction. Even if I say Louisiana, it's like I traveled from a magical land and am some sort of princess, honestly.

When I told the mom of the baby I was babysitting my story about my trip/the play/meeting Joe/ the bouquet/etc/ my mom's medal and me wearing my mom's coat when I met him, she was almost crying. It really has touched a lot of people, it's amazing 😭.
I was trying not to cry on the plane watching their relationship in this exquisite film 😭. It was difficult holding my tears in.
