Any breweries out there making gluten free beers without the use the Clarex (or similar) protease enzyme? i.e. using naturally gluten free cereals such as rice, sorghum or buckwheat?

#bbcqt cut to air passenger duty for domestic flights is nuts. But why oh why is rail travel so expensive? I had to pay £200 return to wales a few weeks ago. If i had taken my car it would have been £60 in fuel plus wear, tear, insurance, finance ie c. £100 – at Bromley, London
