Hogg New Tech Library

As the great Albert Einstein said, “Play is the greatest form of research.” We could not agree more! Students @ElementaryHogg had a special visit all the way from LEGO headquarters in Denmark from the President of @LEGOEDUCATION, Victor Saeijs and team who wanted to see first hand how we are using LEGO in our @DISD_Libraries! Students showcased how they are exploring, coding, and building in the @Hogg_Library using LEGO Spike! It’s not every day @dallasschools students get to sit right next to LEGO leaders and not only build right along with them, but also teach them a thing or two about what they are learning and their ideas! Every Project READ library has these kits - giving all students access to so many possibilities! If you dream it, you can build it!

Cohort 2 embracing a growth mindset, stepping out of comfort zones, and showing off their dance moves in PD to kick off Cohort 2! @DISD_Libraries redesigns coming soon in a @dallaschools near you! @ArlenaGaynor @shannontrejo tiktok.com/t/ZTRDxJ7qt/?k=1
