Honestly, Mourinho adopting the PSG approach is a very smart move. And I think more top clubs need to start thinking this way. Rest management shouldn't just mean taking your best players off after 70 minutes or leaving them out of one match. Sometimes players need proper days off to recover physically AND mentally. Güler and Tchouaméni were the first examples against AEK, and Mourinho reportedly wants to extend this approach to other players, managing each player's workload individually. Luis Enrique has shown the value of doing this at PSG. There's a reason he doesn't feel the need to play his biggest stars every single week. Think about it. What's the point of having your strongest XI available in November if half the team is exhausted or picking up injuries when the biggest games arrive? I'd rather see Madrid rotate and rest players now than watch them run out of steam when trophies are actually on the line.

Aston Villa could be sitting on a GOLDMINE with Zion Suzuki. The interest is getting serious. Honestly, Zion Suzuki has made some impression since arriving from Parma. He's only 24, already looks comfortable at Premier League level and has the qualities you want in a modern goalkeeper, particularly his distribution and ability to play behind a high defensive line. Liverpool monitoring him as a potential long-term successor to Alisson makes perfect sense. Real Madrid, PSG, Arsenal and Manchester City also keeping tabs tells you how highly his potential is being rated. But Villa have only just signed him on a five-year deal. They brought him in to build for the future, not develop him for someone else's benefit. I think Villa have a special goalkeeper on their hands. They should be doing everything possible to keep him, because replacing a talent like Suzuki won't be easy.

Arsenal are ruining football, and the worst part is that it actually works. I genuinely cannot understand how anyone enjoys watching this. Everything is so calculated, so safe and so negative. There’s barely any desire to take risks, entertain or make something happen. It's all about controlling the game, killing momentum and finding the safest possible route to a win. And look, winning is the objective. I get that. But football is supposed to be entertainment too. Here's what bothers me most: they're winning trophies playing this way, and other managers are going to look at Arsenal and think this is the blueprint. Why take risks? Why play exciting football? Just make yourself difficult to beat and grind out results. That's a horrible direction for the sport to go in. I respect what Arteta has built, but I absolutely hate watching this Arsenal team play football.
