#HappyMothersDay
Becky (our cookery school administrator), and Romilla have known each other since they were 11 years old. They recount and reminisce about what their mothers were like growing up and how each of their memorable personalities played a part in their upbringing.

We have been without gas since Sunday. Running a hospitality business is hard at the best of times. Without gas for food service and heating and #calorgas can’t tell us when they can deliver makes life even more difficult #ukhospitality
#calorgas fails again. I have now been waiting over 23 days for a delivery which should have taken no more than 14 days according to my contract. No gas for the last week to heat the house, no response to repeated emails and calls and now a cold snap. Calor gas fails again

Very thought provoking. We need to change our food system
In ‘95 @BBCFoodProg accurately predicted what the creation of #WTO would do & who’d benefit. This film is a new, extraordinarily insightful analysis of the global food system. 3 cheers for @RanaForoohar on.ft.com/3euEoMn

A healthier population would fix it. Tax sugary ultra processed foods and subsidise fresh food. 1 in 4 adults in the Uk have metabolic syndrome caused by a poor diet and they will end up being cared for by the state
