Last year Oregon beat Penn State in their White Out game and jumped FOUR spots in the AP Poll, from #6 to #2. That same Penn State team finished the season 7-6. Fast forward to this year, USC goes into Beaver Stadium, wins the White Out game, and doesn’t move a SINGLE spot in the AP Poll.

If youre a PSU fan looking for some optimism. A TON of recruits just witnessed, in many ways, the massive investment into Penn State football. Both by the administration and by 114k crazy ass loyal fans who came to watch us lose. Recruits know they can be that edge we need.

If we're honest about that season... -11 years in the making. -We play 2 ranked teams in regular szn, lost both games. -Squeak into CFP w/ the easiest path (SMU @ home, then Boise neutral field) - then choked again. 3 of 3 big games lost. ...Start next year 3-3. It was time
