Steph Curry because he changed the game and he's kind of my generation.” — Nikola Jokic
One generational talent recognizing another. Two very different players who reimagined what's possible on a basketball court.
Greatness recognizing greatness. And gravity. #DubNation

Charles Bassey on being teammates with Steph Curry:
"Man, you can see what he's doing, it's crazy. He's unbelievable. 41 points tonight, he's unbelievable. The 3-point shot, the crowd he brings, he's different, he's different. I'm excited to play with him every time I'm out there on the floor, I mean still learning from him and everything, it's a joy to be a teammate of his."
We know about MVP and Heater.
Cold Blooded? Absolutely. Hero? Without question.
#30’s world. We’re just living in it.
Even the laws of physics know better than to challenge his gravity.

There really is nothing better than scrolling on this app after a Steph Curry masterclass
Thank you GOAT @StephenCurry30
Astute observation by Joe.
💯 agree
Steph will get the headlines tonight and rightfully so.
But I have to give massive, massive credit to Charles Bassey for holding the fort and making Steve's gamble of resting Steph for the first couple of possessions of OT look like a genius move.
Showing against Franz to help Podz who's behind on the chase, leading to Franz turning the ball over.
Screening for BWill then flashing to the nail. Faking WCJ, drives, and finishes with a floater.
Underrated sequence that must not be forgotten.
NetPoints story of the #Warriors’ 126–119 win over Orlando.
Physics tells us gravity is a fundamental force. So does basketball. #30 at 38. Wow. +13.5‼️
Vogel effect again‼️
Early signs, defense too, can win us games.
Bassey 4–4 FT | Podz +4.0 | Niang +2.5

It's early, but the five-out #synergy is humming. Relax and enjoy the basketball.

Shoutout Frank Vogel 👌
Steph Curry credits Frank Vogel for the Warriors finding their way on defense after a slow start:
“Honestly, Frank’s been amazing, bringing in things that we’ve done in the past, things that pretty much every coach does, but also some nuances that are complex ideas, but we’re keeping them simple, if that makes sense. Like, there’s game plan discipline. There’s ideas of who you’re trying to take the ball out of stars’ hands at times. And our communication, I think, is pretty, it’s simple terminologies and ideas, so we’re able to kind of repeat those patterns over and over again. And, I mean, I think that’s been the biggest part of, as we build like, try not to do everything all at one time and build confidence over the course of the season when you might want to mix it up, try some special X’s and O’s or schemes. But for the most part, it’s very simple, communication-based, and then letting our defensive guys shine and everybody else doing their job.”
Thank you for unfailingly keeping us entertained.

JUST IN: The Warriors have sights set on a unknown Denver Nuggets player as a trade possibility 😳
“There’s one in Denver... what do I know? Nothing, but there is one in Denver.”

An impressive beginning, and he’s only beginning to establish his floor. It will be fascinating to watch just how high his ceiling can rise. So glad Yaxel is part of #DubNation.
Watching Draymond Green, a basketball savant, at work is a privilege. In the biggest matchups, he brings his best. And time and again, his brilliance helps us win games.
Defense is his world. We’re fortunate to be in it.
#DubNation
This is why I’m so glad we have one of the NBA’s finest defensive minds in Coach Vogel. I can’t wait to see the defensive player Yaxel becomes by the end of the season. He has the tools, and I suspect he could become an elite defender.

“I suck at off-ball defense right now,” he said. “I don’t know what I’ve been doing. I’ve just been confused all around. Do I help? Do I not help?”
Yaxel to @DannyEmerman. One of the best reads on Yaxel’s rookie development. His transparency is so refreshing.

It's scary how great Yaxel Lendeborg has been while he still has so much to learn.
To track his progress, he agreed to sit down with me periodically throughout the season and break down film.
