With these revelations, and growing concerns about cartel exploitation of horse auctions, racing, and cross-border transportation, are you planning to direct a federal investigation to the full extent of cartel infiltration of the American horse industry, including AQHA-registered racing horses, and consider permanently ending the export of American horses for slaughter to Mexico to end this literal “Trojan horse” for organized crime?
