@AmericanAir - my kids met a fave artist (Lindsay Gilmore!) & each picked out a piece, really special. On a long travel day (11/25) a white packing envelope was left on flight AA 1760, PHX to AUS. They’re SO upset - filled out form but not looking good, help? #AmericanAirlines
