One of our favorite pressure change-ups from this season so far. As more DC's use this Psuedo 3 High Shell the tools in this package will continue to grow. Under Knowles in 2024 this was mostly a static look. Here Patricia runs a popular Mint/Tite front path from Penny (5-1) using the Middle Safety as the insert instead of the playside linebacker in a 3-4 look (Theismann)

Still working on some things, but love this 5 Safety 46 we are running. Very "towerish", "3 safetyish" similar to .@CoachGower .@CoachAdamGaylor Gives us a lot of flexibility for run/pass stunts and get into a run stop front when needed.

I've only seen this clip 1000 times already, each with no visual explanation for those who need it. So this is the best I could put together.
Basically just a really fancy way of saying, "We don't want Malachi Toney to take over the game".

After many hours of hibernation, and plenty of questions, @TheHonestNFL and I have decided it’s probably time for this project to come to fruition. Stay tuned over the next couple of weeks, and we’ll have a sure answer on how and when you can acquire it. In the meantime, here’s a final preview of the work.

Hey everyone,
For those of you who don’t know, I’ll be graduating in the spring of 2027, and I’m hoping to become a graduate assistant after graduation.
I’m very comfortable using PowerPoint and Pro Quick Draw to create installs and diagrams, and I’m also proficient with video-editing software. Every diagram, install, clip, and cutup you see on my page has been created and edited by me.
I’ve also spent a significant amount of time studying different defensive systems and am familiar with numerous schemes and techniques.
If you have any information about potential graduate assistant openings or know someone who might be able to help me, I’d really appreciate you sending me a DM. My DMs are open, and I can also be reached at [email protected].

Soon. The best players best seasons charted and sortable. QBs/RBs by concept. WRs by route. DL/EDGE by tackle type, sacks by OL set and move. LB/SAF tackle types: high, mid, low and finish: knockback, torque, body lock, single/dbl leg, etc

2023 Ravens running a '0 Game' out of a Load front with both LB's walked up. This is an inexpensive way to manipulate the protection while keeping 7 in coverage. They set the Load to the Bench to flush Geno out to his throwing side before the 5T loops around to contain.

This Spring, I was tasked with deep-diving into 'Creepers' and how top defensive minds utilize them. I spent hours studying Patrick Toney, Adam Gaylor, Brian Nix, and others.
The ultimate goal wasn't trying to find a simple way to incorporate them...

Studying elite programs like Oregon is VITAL—it's about understanding the why/how behind what they do.
It's coaches believing they can study & teach the concepts, including teaching them in a way high school athletes can rep & believe in!
Study. Learn. Teach. Apply.
Oregon running 7 MOD vs Penn State.
Good look at how Oregon plays MOD as a man match concept and not a zone match. Here they take shallows back, rather than passing them back to the other side.
To the boundary, with Xing motion, the corner makes a push call to the Mac, and the Mac takes the X back across the field (takeback rules).
To the field, the Fast 3 is taken by the Money, who plays it with Man-Match rules, getting tight to the back. With the Fast 3, the SS now has the new #3, which is the Y, across the field (takeback rules).
The corners are both playing MOD, and the star and safety are 2-1 players.
