Armenia and Turkey have reached an agreement on academic exchanges, according to Vahagn Aleksanyan, deputy speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly. He said Armenian students will travel to Turkey to study, while Turkish students will come to Armenia. Aleksanyan made the announcement on Public Television.
On September 12, 2025, the two countries’ special representatives agreed to work toward creating scholarship opportunities for higher-education students.
