Gm! I love creating. When my mind is free and inspired I make beautiful things, or deep things, sometimes both; and they all come from truth, be it my own, or of those I work with. Never in my 12 years have I created with the intention of selling… But having your work collected is even more important now that we are all bound to this great invention, Ethereum. So I’m making a promise to myself to do better and share more of my work, so that collectors can learn more of what is beyond the obvious memes, at the root and spark of my creation. Do you want to see more, know more of my work on 𝕏? Help me here, please, if you can, because centralized social media doesn’t like it and it’s painful to throw art into the void. These are some of my available works in the Portraits collection. opensea.io/collection/portra… An Unattainable Dream of Love The Spirit of Perseverance Portrait of Absence Aporia: The Saving Grace

In 6529, the “gatekeepers” are the community of holders who minted or bought cards, along with winning artists who received them for free. Decentralization isn’t about giving everyone a vote. It’s about fair rules that apply equally to everyone, with no central authority enjoying special privileges. Equal opportunity, not equal outcome. This is exactly how I would describe Bitcoin as well. 6529 isn’t a communist society built to support artists. It’s a network state designed to grow itself while funding public goods, including art, software, science, research, etc. The tech stack includes its own censorship-resistant coordination app, a novel decentralized decision network, and a growing set of smart contracts, including new ones designed to increase artist revenue. The goal is to be the third most decentralized chain at the launch of the network by independent validator count (coming soon!!). This is a beautiful ambition which should be supported not torn down. IMHO, 6529 has delivered more value to more artists than any other platform. Yes, the network takes 50% to fund its own growth, but it has no VCs or special insiders to fund it. The Memes is the only funding mechanism for the network state and mints are open to anyone with an internet connection. Also, once the chain is live next year, the broad community of aligned TDH holders who have participated in the open minting process or artists who have won submissions will control that treasury together. I look forward to valid criticisms of the network state from people looking to improve the project. To criticize you must first understand. I see a lot of the criticism. Very little understanding. I’m sure we will see many good ideas from community members, artists and builders as the project grows. Also, gmarfa

Wild take: OSSEN is @punk6529 doing one last round of FUDDing his own project to shake out the last ones only only there for profit or those who still think 6529 is just an artist minting platform. 😅
Hey @grok, The Memes by 6529. One word or number each: 1. % of mint revenue and royalties to 6529? 2. Is that spending publicly audited? 3. Is access to minting open or gatekept? 4. Who benefits most: artists, collectors or operator?

hehe see? I told you Respectfully ma'am, you have no idea what we're doing! When you say "the top TDH wallets," do you mean the people who've collected the most and held their collections for the longest time? You're looking at one tiny piece of the puzzle and judging the entire thing based on that! Maybe nobody's ever properly explained it to you, but you're in luck now, because I'm gonna explain what the 6529 Network State actually means, with all the humility in the world, and in a language you can understand! First of all, I'd like you to go back and take another look at everything we value at 6529. If exploring this ecosystem feels too complicated, I'd suggest reading @punk6529 's pinned post from beginning to end. It covers the different areas that define our values. But I've got my own perspective to share! The Memes by 6529 isn't just about putting artists' work onchain as a tokenized art collection. In fact, the artists and their work in The Memes are the backbone of this entire network! We're building something that goes way, way beyond an art gallery or a curated collection! And the beautiful thing is that it's completely open-source, free, CC0 and most importantly, built around the principles of decentralization! Why does that matter? I'll explain more :)) Step by step. Why do I believe in punk6529? Long before punk6529 had a platform or anything to sell, a reputation had already been built in a completely different way! Punk spent an enormous amount of time collecting artists' work and a LOT of money too! Way more than you lolol But it went far beyond simply being a collector. Punk brought collectors/builders/creators/and many together, organized a free NFT course at the University of Nicosia at 2022 and gathered some of the best people in the space to educate others properly. some really incredible things happened back then. You weren't around to witness them, dear, but if you wanna get a feel for the vibe of those days, check this out: oncyber.io/6529om (BTW, since you're such a big fan of ACK, you should definitely check it out!) Anyway, a lot of time has passed since then. plenty of accounts say all the right things. Some are great collectors, some genuinely love NFTs, but what made punk6529 different? Punk actually took action! The Memes by 6529 was born because "Who controls the memes, controls the universe", Because we believed memes could play a meaningful role in communicating ideas and not just within some tiny corner of the internet, but on a global scale! you know even Elon has posted memes, right? But was that all there was to it? Absolutely not! That was just the point where we started figuring out exactly what we needed, while running into a thousand different problems along the way. problemss ? yes! BTW, do you know what a GAS WAR is?! That randomly came to mind because I remember how everyone used to complain about it. Well, what happened? Today, we have one of the fairest allowlist systems for collections! I brought up gas wars because back then people were constantly complaining about gas fees, minting, and all that stuff. But we've since built some really useful solutions, like Subscriptions! Go explore what that is, lol. We've already solved a thousand problems like this in our network :) So what did 6529 actually become? Just another NFT collection featuring artists? Or another platform like Discord? No, my fren! PLANS MEASURED IN CENTURIES!!! What do you mean, Meysam?? YES, MA'AM! REALLY! PLANS MEASURED IN CENTURIES! We wanted to build a system with a strong, resilient structure that could keep functioning over an incredibly long period of time. A network where, as I mentioned, artists and collectors were the first communities to become active. They were the ones who formed the backbone of this network and helped it grow! And in the future, we'll see how this ecosystem expands to include entirely different communities. That's exactly why I keep saying we're not just another community built around a PFP/NFT collection. We're a NETWORK in every sense of the word. Right now, you can find pretty much every artistic style and medium imaginable within The Memes. We have participation, coexistence and so many incredible artists who've submitted their work. And we're taking a step that's infinitely important! Something the world has never seen before! How? Because we're decentralizing decision making! Yes, decentralized decision making in a decentralized structure! And now we've finally reached the point where I can tell you to go read about the concept of a Network State. Because that's exactly what we're building here. A DECENTRALIZED NETWORK STATE! Hahaha, do you know why everyone kept telling you decentralization matters in their posts? Do you know why decentralization has become such a personal concern for me, especially as an artist? For the exact same reason I explained in my message to you, the one you didn't even bother to read! YES! Go read that damn message and understand what I've been dealing with as an artist because of OpenSea's completely centralized environment. Seriously, read that damn message and put yourself in my shoes. I promise you'll become a massive supporter of decentralization! Anyway, back to the point. I was saying we're building a Network State. By the way, do you know Balaji? Do you know what Steemit is? Do you know what Hive was? Do you know what happened when Justin Sun hijacked the Steemit Network because it wasn't sufficiently decentralized, causing an entire fascinating community of creators and writers, built by people from Reddit and Medium, to fall apart?! Because the backbone of their entire ecosystem depended on something that could be taken over relatively easily, with devastating consequences! TDH, though? Fucking genius! But is TDH alone enough? NO! And that's exactly why we have things like REP, which represents reputation; NIC, which relates to identity verification; and XTDH, which reflects your participation in other NFT collections as recognized by their own communities! And these are just the tip of the iceberg. Come over here and let's talk more about TDH: 6529.io/waves/b38288e6-ca9d-… I'd love to tell you about validation. I'd love to explain the vision for the future of coordination between humans and AI. I'd genuinely love to write another ten pages so you could fully understand what I'm talking about. But here's the thing: Everything I've written to you so far is about what we've ALREADY BUILT AND DONE. Not what we're planning to do in the future... Now, if you want, come hang out at dive bar and we can talk more about this whole TDH thing. Maybe I'll even manage to convince you to buy a few Memecards and earn some TDH! Oh, and by the way, I'm not a whale, and I've never even submitted a Memecard myself. All of this is coming from someone like me! and future? see you in last day in 2027!

Come with me for a minute! Most of my works are purposefully made as a challenge: a challenge to myself to create using myself as a vessel; a challenge to the world to face and acknowledge the message(s) they carry; and with NFTs, a challenge to collectors, who will dare to literally own that message in a very public way. This makes it harder for me, but I can’t avoid it: it’s the reason I’ve been making art for the past 12 years and it hasn’t changed when I came into crypto. This month I saw two very important collectors acquire two very important 1-1 portraits of mine: the Spirit of Perseverance, collected by @batsoupyum and Portrait of Absence, by @art_icu_late. Articulate always commends me on my bravery, but I told him it’s easier for me than for another, outside, to embrace and foster my voice. Someone who’s recently become famous here recently talked about valuing artists with a backbone. Well, collectors with that trait are fewer. It’s been ridiculously tough times for me over this past month. Despite putting myself in the center of my work as an instrument to tell stories, convey feelings and send important messages, I share very little of my personal life here. I am going through huge struggle to keep building in web3, against all odds. These two acquisitions have helped me keep my spirits up, even more so because of the meaning of these 2 works in specific. I know our time to shine is right beyond the curve. If you would like to browse and collect my work, it is available here: opensea.io/HugoFaz/holdings?…

Let's call 6529 what it is. 🚪 Decentralized curation like nowhere else 🗳️ Ownership-weighted voting ⛏️ A 50% mint cut towards building decentralized infrastructure for network states ⛓️ Artist support the project by submitting JPEGs Soon decentralized. The network always wins.

*6529 Collection LLC takes 50% of primary sales. Every community needs money to keep it running. Over the years, I've seen many marketplaces here shut down; MakersPlace, Foundation, FormFunction, ExchangeArt, Nifty Gateway etc. And these have mostly been down to financing/money issues. 6529, has a website, a very compact one at that, as well as mobile apps for both IOS and andriod. These require money to run as the developers building them will certainly need to get paid. Besides those, 6529 also has an IRL gallery, @Casa_NUA, thanks to the efforts of @HugoFaz and all other contributors who have made it happens and continue to give out of their pockets to keep it running. CasaNua exhibits artworks from artists whose works have been minted into the 6529 Collection and is always open for visitors to come in and enjoy art. These things need money to run. And 50% of primary sales might be much, but a fair contribution to a system that continues to put back money into the wallets of artists. Honestly, I don't see how any of this isn't artists first so far in my time being there. * Access is gated No access isn't gated, it is open for anyone to join, contribute, interact and share. Seriously, nothing is gated. *Influence follows ownership I don't really understand what you mean, but I'd take it you're trying to argue the impact of influence by those with money to spend, on the system. From my observation and my few months there, seriously, influence flows in a multidirectional manner. I'm not a widely known artist here or there, but my presence here or there is seen and that was all I need to get the submission points and the votes on my cards I have today. I can assure you there are prettu much lots of influencial people there who have cards on the leaderboard since last year that are still gradually climbing. If influence followed pockets, then I suppose those people who have had their cards minted by now. •••

Marfa Airplane Thoughts: I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars supporting artists over the last four years since joining the space. Zero percent chance I would have done that if it wasn’t for 6529 network and the likeminded people that are constantly discussing art and our deep belief in the success of NFTs. Collect what you want, where you want, and how you want. Freedom to Transact. However, we should be constantly thinking about how to move from PvP to P^P. Celebrate those that are still building, still creating, still collecting. If you don’t like an approach, then you certainly don’t have to participate. However, if you care about the success of the space and you care about its future… please critique with the intent of helping the builders make things better. I am very proud of all of those that continue to build our collective future and those that work to understand and make things better. We are going to make it because of exactly this. Drown out the noise, keep bettering yourself/the space and we will attract more amazing people to join this movement. Anyways catch yall in Marfa! Can’t wait to meet even more remarkable people. 💜🖼️✈️

Sunday’s election will determine the fate of Brazilian democracy, the fate of Latin American sovereignty, and the survival of the Amazon rainforest — which is to say, that of all humanity. In a sane world, Trump's (and Zuckerberg’s) escalating efforts to bring Bolsonaro back to power would be front-page news, but alas… we are not so lucky to live there. Instead, we live in a world where Lula and Bolsonaro are neck-and-neck ahead of Sunday’s run-off. progressive.international/wi…

The Brazilian creative spirit is unmatched. We will win this election on the sheer strength of our resolve and not only save our country from recolonization, but the entire world will be able to hope again its possible for people to remain sovereign against the siege of contemporary imperialism. There has never before in history been an independent popular movement that could turn the tide and dominate the very tools of the technofascists. We are overcoming wild, overwhelming direct foreign interference: there are 7M mobilized people now on a WhatsApp channel called Exército do Lula meant to turn around this election by subverting Meta censorship from the grassroots and wholly dominating online discourse back to defending our sovereignty and exposing the truth about the usurper Bolsonaro.
