· Friday: Open as usual (8am - 6pm)
· Saturday and Sunday: Open as usual (9am - 1pm)
· Bank Holiday Monday: Closed
· Tuesday: Open as usual (8am - 6pm)
Though the team won’t be available on Bank Holiday Monday, you can still purchase guest crossings 24/7 online, via humberbridge.co.uk or our app - or in person at any PayPoint store.
If you’re travelling this Bank Holiday, why not purchase your crossings in advance as part of your final travel prep? They’re valid for 12 months, in case your plans change.
Prefer not to use tech to pay? You can pay in advance or after crossing at any PayPoint location, just remember to pay by midnight the day after crossing.
Alternatively, a friend or family member could pay online on your behalf, they just need to enter your VRN and follow the steps.
Please note: The bridge is open to traffic as normal over the bank holiday weekend. This post only relates to when the customer service team will be available.
