Perfectionism can increase anxiety, create fear of failure, and reduce satisfaction with our accomplishments. Instead of chasing perfection, focus on progress. Set process-based goals, embrace mistakes as opportunities to learn, take feedback, and celebrate improvement.

Change can be uncomfortable. Here are 3 ways to adjust: Accept that discomfort is normal. Focus on what you can control. Maintain social connections. Adapting isn’t about avoiding discomfort. It’s about building confidence in your ability to navigate it.

Looking for a deal? Hades commission for @Questing4Lore I did a lot of comic book style artwork in college, so when Chris gave me creative control on this piece, I knew I wanted to make Hades a TRUE comic book villain! I kinda want to keep this one, but I’ll ship it soon 😭
