A player who popped when I watched him last year during his senior season at Rosemary Anderson, where he played well against top competition
I thought he'd have a big role for Hawai'i, but now he's in the portal. A savvy program could strike long-term gold here.
This year taught me more than I could’ve imagined. I grew as a player and as a man.
I’m grateful for my coaches,
my teammates, the Hawai’i fanbase and everyone who supported me along the way.
I’m a man of faith, and I trust that God is guiding every step of my journey.
With that, I’ve decided to enter the transfer portal and continue chasing my purpose.
Mahalo Hawai’i 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

6’5 G Hawaii freshmen Hunter Carter had a very strong senior season in the grind session
He averaged 27.6 PPG, 5.5 RPG, 4.4 APG while shooting 40.3% from 3 on 9.6 attempts per game
He had a 35 points vs Prolific prep in an matchup with multiple T50 ranked talent.
Really elite shooter but blends it with a smooth handle, heavy OTD shotmaker but very efficient in the process
Hawaii has a very skilled scorer coming in

Add another honor for @Hunter7Carter in a killer final year of prep ball.
One of the most underrated C/O ‘25 players, the 3⭐️ #HawaiiMBB commit was a guaranteed 20 PPG scorer in a strong @thegrindsession league & gave multiple high-level squads 30+ throughout the year.

6'6 2025 Hunter Carter of Rosemary Anderson (OR)/@WaSupreme was outstanding at @TheGrindSession Napa 2. Capable of playing either guard spot, he was outstanding catalyst and really got to his spots. Great get for #Hawaii #GoBows
