In extension of DREAM study (fish oil v olive oil 4 #DryEye), fish oil users switched to olive o. had no signif worsening in signs/symptoms vs continuers. Reinforces doubts on omega-3s for DE, tho DREAM shortcomings still apply. Findings don't apply to GLA bit.ly/2ZirhAm
