I’m proclaiming a state of emergency in Orange County as California continues to respond to the hazardous chemical incident in Garden Grove.
@Cal_OES has been mobilized for over 24 hours and state agencies are supporting impacted communities to protect public safety, and assist local officials as response efforts continue.
Please continue to follow guidance from emergency officials.

FFmpeg is moving to Rust 🦀
Our use of C and Assembly in FFmpeg has been an unacceptable violation of safety.
FFmpeg will be running 10x slower - but we're doing it for your safety.
All your videos will appear green - safety first, working software later.

Good morning Southern California! Did you feel the magnitude 5.2 quake about 2.5 miles south of Julian at 10:08 am? The #ShakeAlert system was activated. See: earthquake.usgs.gov/earthqua… @Cal_OES @CAGeoSurvey @USGS_Quakes

With modern games it is sad to see how much Youtube even at "4K" absolutely murders their detail levels. Such a shame. Always keep that in mind when watching anything on YT.

A Lawyer ignored orders to remove all metal objects from his person while accompanying his mother for an MRI scan.
The strong magnetic field pulled his gun from his waistband and it discharged at the same time eventually killing him.

What has been seen cannot be unseen.
ALT Two jars are at the center of the image. Jar #1 is labeled, "Swear Jar", with only a few Rings inside it. Jar #2 is labeled, "Seeing Fan Art We Wish We Hadn't Jar", which contains an abundant amount of Rings as well as all 7 Chaos Emeralds. Sonic and Tails are just barely visible in the background, hoping neither jar is contributed further.
