Great story from @BenjaminSWeiss @HuffPost on what our community is facing.
Our ED @itschintanhere discusses the “buyers remorse” building among Indian American voters as we talk about hate and discrimination.
Our new poll with @HITStrat finds 1 in 4 South Asian American Trump voters plan to vote Democratic in the midterms.
NEWS: In 2024, a Hindu temple in TX unveiled a 90-foot statue of Hanuman, the half-monkey deity of Hindu mythology.
At the time, it drew backlash from the fringe right. But years laster, anti-Indian rhetoric is mainstream in the GOP - and it may cost them elections.

Last night, speaking to over 1,000 students at the James Talarico rally, I looked at the young women standing behind me and thought about the future we’re leaving them.
And I am angry. I am sick and tired of watching hate and division become normal.
“Our children should not have to spend their entire childhood fighting against cruelty.”
The next generation deserves better. Texans deserve better.
Vote for James Talarico for U.S. Senate. #texas #vote #JamesTalarico

My family and I were inside our Hindu temple in Aurora when a neo-Nazi tried to carry out a massacre. His rifle jammed.
When anti-Indian racism is laughed off or dismissed as “not that bad,” we give hatred room to grow.
We can't wait for another attempted massacre to speak out.
We’re proud to announce our last round of candidate endorsements for 2026 — South Asian leaders committed to serving our communities at every level of government, from statehouses to school boards.

I have been an @amyactonoh supporter from the beginning. Always will be.
But these comments are ridiculous. @VivekGRamaswamy is a vile human. Period. Not because he is South Asian. But because he is really just a bad person. Stop conflating the two.

The uncovered plot against a Hindu temple in Aurora, IL, is the most recent in a series of targeting against South Asians. But this isn't just an attack on one community—it’s an attack on religious freedom, racial equality, and our fundamental right to live without fear.
This November, let’s turn solidarity into action and elect leaders who expand upon our freedoms and the opportunity to live the American Dream.
I am horrified that a white supremacist allegedly attempted to massacre Indian Americans at a Hindu temple in Aurora. This is where the poison of anti-Indian hatred and white supremacy can lead, and we cannot wait until innocent people are killed to take it seriously. I am grateful to the coworkers who sounded the alarm and the law enforcement officers who intervened. Every American deserves to live and worship without fear, and we must stand together against hatred in all its forms. dailyherald.com/20261014/cri…

This is the choice for #AZ01 voters: a pragmatic, effective Democrat or a hardcore partisan MAGA Republican who'll be a rubber stamp for Trump.

My family and I were worshipping at our Hindu temple in Aurora, unaware that a Neo-Nazi was outside with an AR-15-style rifle and 300 rounds of ammunition.
His gun jammed. That malfunction saved lives. We cannot rely on luck to stop the next attack. We must confront the hatred driving this violence.
