A couple weeks ago, we hosted our Leading with Empathy and Compassion workshop filled with meaningful conversations. Thank you to all the participants who joined this session to learn how to make others feel seen and heard- an important skill in leadership and teamwork. 🌟

This October, we're highlighting "Emotional Intelligence: Why It Can Matter More Than IQ" at the Cavenaugh Library on this important leadership competency.
