We have a game against a Man U fans team on March 29th (4:30pm KO), being played at Moss Rose, Macclesfield and are looking for a few reliable players to join us in the squad.
Transport can be arranged to help out. #GTFC
Fitness, ability and age are no limiters! If you know the Internets you’ll know that this has been true for years! 😂
Drop us a message if you’re interested in playing in the game and representing the club #GTFC
We travelled to play a West Ham fans team this morning, on the way to watching #GTFC v Oldham.
Coming away with an excellent 6-2 win, playing football that would make Alan Buckley purr.
Goals from Luke O’Hara, Russ O’Hara, Gav Harris, Kiran Hollingsworth and Sam Simpson x 2
Long shot I know, with everyone heading to the game!
But looking for one more to join us for a friendly 5 aside game at 7pm at Trin tonight. Drop me a message if you fancy it!

Our #worldnet2025 ends at the semi final stage after a 2-0 defeat by Preston North End.
As always a brilliant effort from the lads with tired (and heavy!) bodies.
Good luck to those teams in the finals.

Against Lens this morning, we finish with a 3-1 win in a game that can only be politely described as feisty.
Onto the semi finals now!
Rowan Woodward, Kiran Hollingsworth and Luke O’Hara with the goals #worldnet2025 #UTM
Our final game finishes with a 2-0 defeat against Cup winners Preston North End.
Tomorrow we start at 10:40, with a game against Lens!

We are back at world net this year with games Manchester United, Preston North End and Wimbledon.
Unfortunately our first game sees us go down 1-0 against Wimbledon.
More portly Mariners updates to come!

6-1 defeat to The Red Army. A very good side, with more in the legs and more clinical finishing gave us a bit of a run around.
@Oli_Hodson with the Grimsby goal.
Safe travels to the guys heading back to Manchester!
Lovely day for it at least. 🏊♂️
First match of the season tomorrow!
We are up against The Red Army, who are coming over from Manchester to play us at Bradley Pitches.
A 10:30 kick off, with guest ref appearance from @trevhewsongy as well.
Feel free to come down and cheer on your portly mariners!

We are on the lookout for a referee to cover us v The Red Army (Man United) on October 19th in a 10:30 kick off.
Anyone available - or able to recommend someone?
