In the pic, you can see contents of the freezer of a middle-class family in #Maracaibo, a city so hot temperature can reach over 40 °C in the shade. No freezed meat or chicken, it's very expensive and it spoils in >5 days blackouts. Ice is the most precious good @IP_Observatory
