IRTH Group (@IRTHGroup ) CEO Osman Celiker explores why the future of commercial real estate will be defined by human behaviour, experience and technology rather than buildings alone.
In his expert insight for Property News International, Celiker argues that while location, floor area and technical specifications still matter, they no longer fully explain what makes a workplace valuable.
Osman Celiker said: “Demand is not simply for more space. It is for better space.”
Osman Celiker added: “When quality is scarce and companies are competing for the environments their people actually want, experience becomes the deciding factor.”
The article highlights HQ by Rove, IRTH Group’s workplace destination developed with Rove Hotels at Marasi Bay Marina in Business Bay, as an example of workplace design centered around hospitality, wellbeing, connection and everyday human experience.
