I’ll be honest, I think there’s been a major overreaction to today from some. We weren’t playing relegation fodder, we were up against the champions and Champions League finalists who are 8 seasons into a project. We’re barely 2 months into the Iraola era, there’s gonna be a transition. Give it time.

OPay should have listed on the NGX before heading to Nasdaq. Imagine the kind of attention and publicity it could have received in Nigeria, just like Dangote Refinery's IPO. Instead, it listed in the US today, and many Nigerians are barely talking about it. I don't know the thinking behind that decision, but I honestly believe listing locally first would have been a huge opportunity to get Nigerians involved in owning a piece of a business they helped build. Why take the opportunity abroad before giving the home market a chance?
