At Oslo the Palestinian Authority agreed that Israel was in control of Area C.
Jews legally purchased homes and moved in. As this is Area C everything is compliant with the law.

I am outraged. In #Jericho, my hometown, Israeli settlers are celebrating their takeover of eight homes as a historic “return.
“After thousands of years, the people of Israel have returned to settle the city of Jericho.” That is how Hebrew reports celebrated the move on 4 November. Israel Ganz, head of the Binyamin Regional Council, said, “We are returning home.” Daniella Weiss, who chairs the Nachala settlement movement, presented it as part of a wider effort to renew Jewish settlement across the region.
Here is what that “return” looked like for Palestinians in al-Duyuk al-Tahta, west of Jericho. On 4 November, settlers moved into eight homes in an operation organized by Nachala and backed by the Binyamin Regional Council. The organizers claimed they had purchased the properties. Palestinian residents nearby said they were afraid to go back to their own homes. Today settlers are backed by Israeli forces who attacked residents and International activists, beating them and spraying them with pepper spray. Many were injured.
I am a daughter of Jericho, a city with more than 10,000 years of history. I refuse to watch that history be invoked to justify taking over Palestinian homes today. How can anyone celebrate a “return” while the people who live there are afraid to return to their own homes?
My family home is less than 2 Kilometers away !!!

Countless pope and saints have upheld God's revelation that murderers must be put to death for their crimes.

Even if the death toll was 10x it's still wouldn't make it a genocide, because genocide requires "Dolus specialis" specific intent (to genocide). And Israel is obviously in gaza becuse of oct7, you'd have to prove "Dolus specialis", Which if there was Israel wouldn't be evacuating, warning, dropping pamphlets, doing phone calls, sending in aid, sending vaccines etc..
