Not worth it, you wanna hit headshots with spirit rend, which is hard to do with Kelvin gun. For 3200 you could buy spirit lifesteal and mystic vulnerability for a similar effect.

Probably not unless it’s something super niche like hybrid dome focused build of some sort but then you don’t get value out of the spirit lifesteal.
