Will BB guns be banned in NY State? They already are in NJ.
We are the path to firearms enthusiasm and we take the 2nd seriously. You may scoff but BB guns are banned or threatened in many places here in the “Land of the Free.” This fall, the State of New York likely will take up their plan again to put all airguns into the Imitation Firearms category, effectively banning BB guns and possibly shuttering the Crosman Corporation in Bloomfield. Please stay advised and help us fight this infringement.
