Men’s mental health matters.
You don’t have to carry everything alone or pretend you’re OK when you’re not.
We’ve opened a thread on Jack Army Forum where anyone can talk, share or simply know somebody is listening.
It really is good to talk. 🖤🤍

Our #JackArmyForum On This Day feature goes back 20 years, and to a 4-2 victory over Bournemouth. At 3-0 we looked great, at 3-2 we looked nervy, and then up popped @LeeTrundle10 to make it 4-2. Do you remember what you were doing 20 years ago today, Lee?
