Our organizing works. AIPAC’s loss this week is proof.
Now imagine what we can accomplish next. Together, we can block U.S. weapons to Israel to bring about real, systemic change.
This month in Michigan, AIPAC’s super PAC is ramping up its spending, targeting 130,000 Jewish voters with mailers attacking Abdul El-Sayed. And they have no plans to stop.
But we won’t give up. Ever.
But here’s the truth: we know AIPAC and its extremist agenda isn’t going away.
They’re simply rebranding to maintain their playbook of funneling millions and millions of dollars to influence elections.
For years, we’ve disrupted the narrative that AIPAC represents our Jewish communities. We’ve confronted elected officials and political candidates all over the country and called on them to reject AIPAC.
Today, we can celebrate. AIPAC is a toxic brand — and their announcement demonstrates they are aware they’ve lost this round.
In 2023, we launched our national campaign to Reject AIPAC. In 2024, we helped lead a national coalition calling on the Democratic Party to reject endorsements and money from AIPAC and its extremist allies.
But to win equality, freedom, and a thriving future for all Palestinians and Israelis, we knew we had to end AIPAC’s grip on U.S. policy on Israel. We had to make AIPAC as toxic as the NRA in the Democratic Party.
In 2017, we brought over 1000 Jews to rally outside AIPAC’s policy conference in Washington, DC, demanding an end to the occupation.
At that time, not a single U.S. politician was willing to cross AIPAC’s line and call for an end to U.S. support for Israel’s system of apartheid and occupation.
This is huge.
AIPAC just announced that they are ending endorsements and direct contributions to candidates for Congress. This is a momentous victory that IfNotNow and our partner movements have been actively organizing toward for nearly a decade.
SCOOP: AIPAC will no longer endorse congressional candidates or earmark donations to congressional campaigns. The group's super PAC, United Democracy Project, will continue to operate and it will urge members to donate directly to pro-Israel candidates. jewishinsider.com/2026/10/ai…

Read this piece about what’s at stake for Jews, Muslims, and everyone in the U.S. in this Senate race — and Jewish efforts to bridge divides among Jewish voters to build support for @AbdulElSayed in this must-win race:
"The fear of what an El-Sayed candidacy means for Michigan’s Jews was palpable as I followed canvassers with @seed_the_vote , a group that, in partnership with IfNotNow Movement and Bend the Arc @jewishaction, is bringing Jews from the area, as well as from around the country, to Jewish neighborhoods in Oakland County to speak with voters and carefully broach the idea of supporting El-Sayed."
Republican Mike Rogers is employing a “strategy of racial arson” in his Michigan Senate campaign against Democrat Abdul El-Sayed, critics say.

I’ve been released from IDF custody with a “warning,” apparently because of my public profile (I told them I wasn’t even a congressmember yet, just a nominee).
But several dozen rabbis & participants harvesting olives with me are still in detention. For harvesting olives. They should all be released immediately.
To be clear: Palestinians face far worse consequences every day. These detentions by the IDF are one more attempt to undermine Palestinians’ right to harvest their olive groves, travel on their roads, and live in their homes. Yet one more element of escalating, and very clearly state-sponsored ethnic cleansing.
We’ll update on their status as soon as we hear.
This system is enabled by U.S. weapons and military funding, which we must block immediately in order to bring about safety, equality, and justice for all Palestinians and Israelis. We call on U.S. officials and Jewish establishment institutions to demand accountability from the Israeli government for these arrests and for all of its arrests and ongoing attacks on Palestinians.
This is part and parcel of Israel’s program of ethnic cleansing: make daily life impossible for Palestinians in order to force them off their land, and punish those who support them — even Jewish clergy and congress members. This is occurring in the West Bank amid the Israeli government’s genocide in Gaza, which has continued despite the so-called “ceasefire” reached a year ago.
The Israeli government, military, and settlers — through murder, mass arrests, arson attacks, land theft, and numerous punitive policies — have made it impossible for Palestinian farmers to harvest their olives. These olive farms have been in Palestinian families for generations, and entire communities rely on the harvest for their economic survival year-round.
IfNotNow member and soon-to-be congressman @bradlander, dozens of U.S. rabbis, Israeli solidarity activists, and other international volunteers were detained by the Israeli military while helping Palestinian farmers harvest their olive trees. The IDF also detained the Palestinian owners of the land along with them.
Palestinian families in the West Bank rely on the olive harvest for their income. Israeli settlers know that—so they burn down olive groves and attack Palestinians, with the goal of making life in the West Bank unlivable for them.
Settlers have damaged more than 2,500 olive trees this year alone.
