Our latest paper from @ImPACTS_Network in @JPediatr is a HUGE collaboration to improve pediatric readiness in 34 Emergency Departments in North America We saw meaningful improvements in pediatric readiness after a simulation-based intervention Work led by @drauerbach @KAbulebda
