Haha wow what a game. Just did all the side quests. Got myself a cool golden gun and a really powerful demon statue. Also made a lot of cool shortcuts all over Silent Hill! Haha I sure hope all that hard work doesn't go to waste.

(Credit to loc182 for translating) Silent Hill Play Novel seems to have what appears to be a description of the ritual that was performed on Alessa.

I will never get over how every cg cutscene in sh1 was made entirely by takayoshi sato. may not seem as impressive now to some fans but he practically lived in his office for 2-3 years just to give us this horror masterpiece that would change the entire psychological horror genre

I totally understand her because it just gets to a point. AI Exhaustion is real. Everywhere you go has AI art on walls, AI posters on streets. So much of what you consume is AI. Your friends show you AI content. Your family can’t tell what is AI. It’s just…tiring.

Konami deliberately kept the developers working on its Silent Hill projects apart, and didn’t show them what the other studios were working on. "We were kept in the dark, in a good way", Silent Hill Townfall director Jon McKellan says. videogameschronicle.com/news…
