Throwback to a conversation I had during the thick of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the South Side of Chicago.
I will never forget what I went through, but more importantly, what the system let happen to the people I cared for bc they are poor and Black.
This stuff changes you 💔

2/2 Barriers to #telehealth are systemic, so our solutions need to address the broken infrastructure systems failing rural pops. We need to:
- improve access to reliable, fast broadband
- train providers in telehealth
- raise payer reimbursement rates

So why is that not happening?
