The goal has been met in under 1 hour. The flyover will happen before the Flyers Black Friday game on 11/27 @ 3PM against the Vancouver Canucks. If Tocchet is fired beforehand, Tony will try to figure out a way to refund the money or use the money toward something else. More info soon.
