THE INCLUNORM QUIZ IS NOW LIVE 🚨
Nobody taught most of us disability inclusion. Not in school. Not at work. Or even at home. So we built something to help.
If you’re willing to learn and unlearn, this quiz is for you. Take the quiz:

IncluNorm Media is live!
A first-of-its-kind newsroom dedicated to reporting the stories, policies, people, ideas and developments shaping disability and inclusion.
We Report. Explain. Humanise.
Welcome to IncluNorm Media.
We’re live. 🗞️ 🔈
Now we are going beyond making digital products accessible by applying a communication layer.
→ Interface accessibility
→ Assistive technology compatibility
→ Accessibility testing
→ Inclusive language infrastructure
→ Disability education
→ Inclusive content intelligence
You see that thing about how the same ideas drop into everyone’s heads almost at the same time? No be lie. 😅
We haven’t fully launched @inclunorm because I’ve been overthinking how we’d execute the accessibility integration layer that can make any website/app/product usable by a blind user, someone with motor impairments, someone with ADHD, someone sensitive to motion, etc.
While I was overthinking, another Nigerian-owned company has launched the same idea as a service last month. Can’t even feel any type of way about it. I’m just glad the idea now exists.
Is your founder a Commonwealth Scholar driving disability inclusion through technology, gamified learning experiences, beauty, fashion and runway shows?
We’ll wait 😎
A moving woman has finally met her fully funded Master’s scholarship at the number one school in the world for Development Studies. 😎
After dedicating October/November 2025 to February 2026 to applying for opportunities, I tried to prepare my mind for anything. Then the rejections started coming in, and I think they got to me a bit.
I mean, I’m a Cannes Lions-winning copywriter. I contributed to Nigeria and West Africa’s first-ever win at the most prestigious international festival of creativity. I’ve executed award-winning marketing communications and advertising campaigns, won pitches for local and international brands, consulted for startups on brand and communications strategy, led creative teams at some of the leading advertising agencies in Africa, led the communications team at Africa’s leading civic tech organization, mentored over 50 copywriters through my creative agency, founded a disability-inclusive creative talent management and advocacy company, led the team that created Nigeria’s first Albinism Advocacy Pageant, published the first-ever dictionary of disability-inclusive language, co-founded an adaptive clothing line for people with disabilities, started a disability-focused media company, and built a gamified disability education tech product over the last ten years of my professional career. Surely I could pitch myself well enough to win a scholarship? 😭
I was the person people came to when they needed to sharpen a pitch or proposal, review an application, or prepare for an interview. Turns out, I was about to be humbled.
I started wondering if it was my 4.45 GPA. Or the nine-year gap since my BSc. Maybe I had waited too long. Maybe I was no longer the kind of candidate these opportunities were looking for. Maybe I even needed to scale my work or publish more research.
When I made the post below, I had stopped expecting anything else. But God, and His perfect humbling twists, started sending the YES-es. Every time I thought I had received my best offer, another one would come.
I’ve achieved a lot of things in my life, but you see this particular win? I still can’t find the words. Just pure gratitude in my heart. God really did His big one. He truly, truly crowned all my hard work and sleepless nights with Sussex. 😉
I’m officially a Commonwealth Scholar, you guys!! 🥳🥳

This September, we are live at Ogun State College of Nursing Sciences.
Our goal is simple: every Nigerian tertiary institution should be part of the inclusion conversation.
We’re coming to campuses across Nigeria. Will yours be next? 👀

Hello, my fellow disability-inclusion advocates 👋🏽
This November, @mistyglamcorp is partnering with The Mum Bridge to create a Visibility Runway Show for 20 mothers with disabilities at the Disability-Inclusive Motherhood Summit.

We’re calling on:
Makeup Artists | Hairstylists | Stylists & Fashion Professionals | Backstage & Production Volunteers | Sponsors & Brand Partners
Location: Lagos, Nigeria | November 2026
Want to volunteer, sponsor or partner with us? Send me a DM or reach out via mail: [email protected] | [email protected] or WhatsApp the team at 0704 870 4115

Our Albinism Advocacy Pageant last year was such a beautiful event, if I do say so myself. 🥹😎
All my queens are now championing advocacy causes within their communities and empowering other women with disabilities and visible differences. Our reigning queen also got selected for the Mastercard Foundation and United Nations Development Programme ( UNDP)‘s Young Africa Innovates program.
We are taking the second edition across Nigeria, alongside the Advocacy Runway Show, the LARGEST GATHERING OF MODELS WITH DISABILITIES AND VISIBLE DIFFERENCES.
The next 12 months is going to be busy for us at @mistyglamcorp and @inclunorm and I’m so excited. 🥹

We built the IncluNorm Inclusion Quiz to turn everyday questions into opportunities to learn, unlearn and rethink what we assume we know about disability inclusion.

“Wheelchair user” or “wheelchair-bound”? 👀
We’re still at Osun State University, taking the IncluNorm Inclusion Quiz beyond the screen and into real conversations.
This time, we asked students a simple question: which phrase is generally the most respectful?

Language matters because the words we use can shape how we see people. A wheelchair doesn’t bind someone to anything. For many wheelchair users, it is a tool for mobility, independence and freedom.
So, “wheelchair user” is generally the more respectful and accurate term.

Five years ago, we started Misty Glam Company with a very simple idea: What if the people who are usually left out of the room could have a seat at the table?
We started as an inclusive talent and commercial modelling agency with a particular focus on models with disabilities…

When inclusion isn’t taught, exclusion becomes the default.
That insight changed everything for us at Misty Glam Company and it became the foundation for @IncluNorm.
We started by creating the @IncluNorm Inclusion Quiz to turn passive learning into something interactive.
