Today’s “Odd Tank” is the 🇫🇷French ‘AMX ELC bis’
Developed in the mid 1950’s to the early 1960’s, the AMX ELC bis was a prototype Light Combat Vehicle designed to be airlifted to assist airborne units.
It would be crewed by only two and they would both be seated inside the turret. While mobile, the turret had to be locked in the forward position.
The ELC Bis would not be adopted with only one example of this particular design being produced, however there were other prototypes.
The main armament is a 90mm D.915 gun.

i think the whole "russia is gearing up for an invasion" thing is a nothingburger not only bc like think about it for a minute but also if we were that worried about an attack we would go back to having ReForGer style exercises (which we should)
