There are nowadays several thousand social media accounts about climate that relay COP-related messaging non-stop. Not one of them pauses to ask: why on earth are we at number 27 of this annual talkfest?

Thanks Cory. This is what the Indian government's unhinged 'International Solar Alliance' has wrought. The 'alliance' is a globalist-inspired fantasy of Modi, who cares not that the microfauna of semi-arid lands, let alone farmland, must correspond with air and sky.

Well we thought it's a good time to return to this particular platform. Because the annual schmoozefest is under way. You know, COP number 27. The usual circus: a few hundred private jets, few hundred worthless 'side events', lies, fabrication and very expensive hotel bills.
About the flood in Bangalore, India, that destroyed most of the homes in two of the city's most expensive gated communities. It wasn't climate change. It was greed + stupidity. What they built these multi-million dollar homes on was wetland. The water was destined to come.
Can the world's mainstream media truly be this stupid? Or are readers/viewers - for continuing to subscribe to their derangements?
Very strange. That distinct cloudfront is some 750 km in length, approximately 240-260 km out to sea from the western Indian coastline and parallel to it. Very unusual formation for a late June.

The Maasai. Graveyard capitalism in its final stage. But the costs are dreadful.

This about sadly sums it up. Some 200 countries and territories, about 40,000 (!) people attending, days and nights of wrangling, and a lily-livered 97-para apologia is the outcome ?? What a circus.
With 14 'welcomes', 13 'recognises', 13 'urges', 11 'notes', 8 'emphasises', 6 'decides', 5 'acknowledges', 5 'requests', 4 'calls' and 3 'encourages', the 97 paragraphs of the #COP26 Declaration spells utter failure. Again.
Hey @UNFCCC @IPCC_CH @COP26 etc, why isn't everyone walking or cycling to all your meetings in Glasgow, eh?

"Urgent action is crucial," quoth the feller. We've heard that from 1995, the first CoP, and the attitude of the planet's elites hasn't changed a bit during this time.
Prince Charles just flew 16,000 miles on private jets & helicopters within the space of just 2 weeks. 162 tons of CO2 emitted. 18 times that of the average Brit. I think he should 'change his attitude' and behavior first.
A delightful story. The keeping of an essential tradition through two generations - and in such a difficult phase of the modern era - is the rest of the story we would like to hear about.

Looks like they've decided to step in style out of the carbon closet.

We think the Orwellian argot was probably less sinister. But we agree about the 4IR hue that the PR of the transnats takes on. 'Nature positive' appeals to the one dimensional banality of modern society, when it is demanded of it to think about nature.
#naturepositive is a "positively" Orwellian term. It involves using the phoney alibi of "protecting nature" to grab land from people living close to nature and thereby advance the nature-destroying global Fourth Industrial Revolution. Check out nodealfornature.wixsite.com/…
In a few days, the 2021 UN Climate Change Conference (CoP26) will begin. While the 25k delegates have themselves a "nature based solutions" party, here's what happens in the real world. This is a beach in Goa, India, its life choked by an oil slick. No oversight, no fines.

We find that 18-20 months of 'lock down' restrictions and allied measures in many countries have been used by TNCs, their subsidiaries and client governments, to thieve even more from Nature. Now they want to legalise the enormous accounting fiddle called 'nature based solutions'
It's very good to see normal height rice varieties being grown. We guess from the photos that these stalks could be up to 60 inches tall. Most Indians do not know that what they see growing in rice fields are unnaturally shortened hybrids.
#Chittimutylau (an #indigenous scented #rice variety) make a comeback 20 years back in #Vikarabad district (Telangana) Farmers are reviving them after realizing the economic & health benefits. @WASSANIndia is encouraging diversification of #paddy production systems.

A very timely article on the Western Ghats, with immediate reference to the rain havoc in Kerala. @vivakermani @indiccollective indiccollective.org/article/…
The latest 'pandemic' emerged - if you've forgotten, IPBES - when the WHO declared one with about 1,600 sick people said to have the same symptoms, worldwide. That's 1,600 - worldwide Did anyone writing your report ask the WHO about its very strange declaration of mid-March 2020?
Pandemics are a threat to the health and welfare of people across our planet... But how and why do they emerge?💭🤔 Learn more with @IPBES #PandemicsReport👇 #COP15 #ForNature
Hahaa.. Theatre of the absurd.
COP coming to Glasgow. Leaders staying at Gleneagles Hotel & 20Tesla cars (£100K each) bought to ferry them 75km back & forth. Gleneagles has 1 Tesla charging station, so Malcolm Plant Hire contracted to supply Diesel Generators to recharge Tesla’s overnight. Couldn't make it up.
