app founders think 30% is the cost of doing business on iOS, it's not 30% on payments, plus you lose customer data, so you can't optimize your ad spend because apple won't let you use the data you earned web checkout fixes all of it yet most apps still only process through the app store most founders still don't know this is an option, or they know and just don't do it at some point it stops being apple's fault
