On March 3 we posted that $ABCL insiders were buying
A CFO, a director, and a 10% owner all bought between $3.42 and $3.57
Nothing else about it was interesting in terms of catalysts or news coverage
Just three people who know the business buying shares on the open market
$ABCL is over $12 today. And the insiders are still buying: four buys in August totaling ~$1.5M
That's why we scan Form 4s to look out for large buys and clusters of multiple insiders buying
Insiders sell for countless reasons. They buy for one
We post these as they file

On today's stock market crash:
As an investor, on days like today, you have to ask yourself one question: What fundamentally changed over the last 24 hours?
The shift in the fundamental backdrop cannot be attributed solely to the Midterm Election results; markets had already largely priced in the outcome.
So, what changed between yesterday and today? What is the fundamental reason for today's decline?
One of the most likely catalysts is growing concern about a potential "ban" on AI, or at the very least, severe regulation of the industry.
Over the last 24 hours, Democratic lawmakers have publicly called for restrictions on advanced AI development, including an outright "ban on artificial superintelligence."
Frankly, an outright ban will not happen.
Such a ban, if even possible to enforce, would effectively mean the US surrendering its position in the global AI race to China.
Does this mean AI is "over" or today's stock market crash marks "the end?" Absolutely not.
Rather, we believe we are witnessing a sudden shift in sentiment colliding with excessive levels of leverage, potentially triggering forced liquidations by several major institutional investors.
Therefore, today's downturn is more technical than fundamental. This is not to discount the concerns around regulation, they are legitimate. But price action right now does not look orderly or rational.
We are in the midst of the biggest technological revolution in human history.
Zoom out and remain calm.
You can buy $UBER right now for less than 3 insiders paid when they invested $16.9M this year
🟢Insider buys, last 24h ($50K+ buys in S&P 500 names)
$INTC: CEO Lip Bu Tan bought $9.7M
$BA (Boeing) seeing a decent amount of insider buying.
$2.4M worth of buys recently
$ENPH another small insider buy, the third buy since June
Also 22.2% of shares outstanding are sold short right now. Might be worth watching to see if a short squeeze develops 👀
$ENPH up 9.67% today, after CEO bought $267K 2 days ago📈
$GEHC is up 29.3% since Jun 2 when I posted this. And yes I bought. When this many insiders buy, I don't ignore it
$GEHC looks like a good entry right now: GE Healthcare Technologies.
• Heavy insider buying (CEO, CFO, and Chairman Larry Culp dropped $5 million out of pocket)
• Deep value AI / data play (Leading the FDA's AI-enabled device list)
• The $2.3B Intelerad acquisition (closed March) adds $270M in high-margin, 90% recurring cloud/SaaS imaging revenue
• Tripling their cloud-enabled product footprint by 2028
Growth is slow today due to near-term freight costs, but a record $21.8B backlog and a fresh imaging product cycle sets up a likely margin recovery in 2027.
Doesn't look like a value trap to me. Looks like a recovery is likely and insiders are seeing the same...
Yet another insider buy on $NBIS
That's 4 buys now here in October, all by Director Arne Grimme
🟢Insider buys, last 24h ($50K+ buys in S&P 500 names)
$ACN (2 buys)
Chair and CEO Julie Sweet bought $3M
Director Paula Price bought $199.8K
A cheap stock can always get cheaper. $BSX is getting hammered pre-market due to another guidance cut, and an expectation of no growth in 2027. Also still recovering from cyber incident/hack
So many insiders bought BSX this year but clearly they jumped in too early. Long road ahead for the company to recover
