Great day out at the @InsuranceAge Broker Expo 2026 at the NEC yesterday, my time was mainly spent around the Academy stage looking at Future Careers, OK it did have a bit of a Thursday afternoon at BIBA feel (IYKYK!), but a really insightful and enjoyable afternoon

I am very much looking forward to taking part in the MGA Conference on 5 November, hosted by I Love Claims I’m moderating the MGAA Next Gen session, the day focussing on the future as well as bringing together senior claims professionals from across the MGA sector. @iloveclaims
