Today, I was in Ado-Ekiti to witness the inauguration of Governor Biodun Oyebanji and his deputy Mrs. Monisade Afuye for a second term.
Governor Oyebanji and his deputy have served their people with dedication over the last four years. Today is about celebrating that work and building on the progress we are making across the South-West.
I congratulate Governor Oyebanji on his inauguration and wish him a successful second term as he continues to serve the people of Ekiti State.

Deep cleaning continues along the Lekki-Epe Expressway. @Lawma_gov Street Sanitation team is removing silt from the median and evacuating waste from illegal dumpsites by the LAMATA gate by Jubilee Bridge, Ajah, at Igbokusu and in Agungi.
Keeping this corridor clean requires sustained maintenance and responsible waste disposal. Please use your assigned PSP operator and keep waste off our roadsides and medians.

This is an important step in our preparations for the elections and strengthens our shared commitment to taking our message to Nigerians. As a party, we must be united, focused and connected to the people, listening to their concerns and demonstrating through our actions that we are committed to building a better future for our country.

Recently, LAWMA’s customer service team received several complaints about missed waste collections in a community served by a PSP operator. The operator explained that her truck had been stuck at the dumpsite for days.

Our PSP Services Department checked and confirmed that the vehicle was indeed there.
Further investigation, however, revealed something the initial verification had missed. The truck had run out of fuel, and the operator had been unable to refuel it.
