@elonmusk may be right that we'll see unfinished data centers. But not all developers operate the same way.
$WULF follows a disciplined approach:
1. Identify sites with demonstrated customer interest.
2. Secure power from investment grade utilities.
3. Lock down specs, construction costs and schedules through GMP EPC contracts.
4. Secure long-term customer commitments backed by investment grade credit.
5. Arrange financing before committing to major construction.
We may move dirt early, but we don't build on spec.
I suspect we'll see projects stall because of inadequate capital, weak counterparties, execution misses, or regulatory hurdles. For experienced infrastructure developers with strong balance sheets, that creates opportunity.

Według Sił Powietrznych Ukrainy wśród nich były 92 Shahedy, a obrona zestrzeliła 119 dronów.
W Winnicy dron uderzył w pięciopiętrowy blok: 4 mieszkania zniszczone, 6 rannych, 15 osób ewakuowano z domu opieki.
W ciągu doby w całej Ukrainie zginęło 8 osób, a 51 zostało rannych.

Think of it like toddlers growing and learning together, but in this case, the data will be feeding the model.

Gubernator Kraju Permskiego Dmitrij Machonin podał, że atak uszkodził zakład na północy regionu, a 5 pracowników jest rannych.
Według niego nad regionem zestrzelono 11 dronów, a zakład „działa normalnie”.
Ukraiński kanał Exilenova twierdzi, że celem była AVISMA w Berezniki, producent tytanu i magnezu dla lotnictwa i rakiet. Gubernator nazwy zakładu nie podał.

IMPORTANT UPDATES - OCTA MIGRATION 📢
As many of you know, this year OctaSpace will be fully transitioning from its native blockchain and moving away from PoW to the Base ecosystem.
This is a monumental undertaking. It includes many changes across the board and represents the next evolution of OctaSpace.
We’ve been working behind the scenes because of the sheer complexity of this migration and how many changes it means for our entire platform and ecosystem. The changes cover Octa as a token, as well as an easy and seamless transition for our 20,000 customers.
A big effort, done carefully
This is one of the largest efforts in our history, and it touches every part of the platform: the token, payments, billing, deposits, node software and staking. Because so much depends on it, we are taking our time and being extremely detailed at every step. The goal is a migration that is as seamless as possible for everyone involved, from token holders to node providers to customers. We would rather get it right than get it fast.
Platform changes
- The OctaSpace platform will switch to Base chain, and all payments and deposits will be via Base
- Payments will fully transition to USDC for all node providers
Other changes
While there will be many changes, below is just an insight into some of what’s coming:
- Billing moves to weekly payouts, not only when a session is stopped
- Deposits become more flexible. If a user sends less than the minimum, they can send additional tokens to meet it
- All internal platform processes will be calculated in $
- Major node software upgrades, including mass deployment with tools like Ansible, GPU power profiles, OCTA mining as an idle job, AI inference at the node software level and more
The above is a small sample and does not represent the final, complete list.
Staking update
Within the next 2 weeks we will begin a rollout of major changes to the platform which align with the migration plan. As a result there will be important changes to our staking. With the token migration there will also be a new staking mechanism.
Immediate timeline
- Last staking payout on Nov 4
- New platform release during November
- Token migration until the end of the year
In the days leading up to the migration, we will issue further updates to node providers and users on how balances will be migrated.
