Needs to feel authentic, there are a million ways to ask the same question. We use in staff appraisals, people know they will be asked now, and are prepared/ think about the question beforehand.
And you’ll never know #WMTY unless you ask… if people say “nothing” there’s a chance to make a difference by exploring this with them too.
