Update: after finishing season 2 i actually think i prefer it
Ippo@IppoDROct 23
Edgerunners season 2 is really good don’t get it twisted but it is missing “something” that season 1 had that feels really important to season 1s identity but I couldn’t even tell you what that thing exactly is If anything tho, it made me love season 1 even more

I love when you brick against someone and they're like "bro you gotta try my list" Like yeah? You got a 5th Lillie in there? Format sucks, STFU and go next

I lowkey think the ptcg scene has realized an awesome sense of togetherness in all coming together and acknowledging this format is one of the worst of all time Everyone is suffering so much and we are all here for each other it’s kinda beautiful love yall

Like idk you ever watch the second season of a show and you’re like “wow there’s a lot I love about this but this go around, it just doesn’t feel as special / resonant to me personally” Just me?

Tbh the worst thing about this format is how it has this special effect on myself/most of my friends that makes none of us even want to practice the game outside of tournaments anymore Never seen my group chats so de-motivated before but I get it in there too LOL

Imma need yall to start announcing your attacks when you attack, I’ve played against so many opponents lately that literally say NOTHING AT ALL and just use attacks that let them search through your deck and stuff without even saying anything like bro 😭😭

Ngl selling all my full art trainers and supporters was a great decision. Minimum rarity / play pack holos shuffle so much better over a longer period of time I feel
